Week 3 of basketball

our game was at 9:00 and pictures were at 8:00...this made for a very early morning...These are not nearly as good as the photographer's will be.  I just snapped a shot from way back to get a preview.
Here is the whole team.
We ended up having lots of time before the game so Jer and Mike played a game of knock out with them. BTW....This is one of my favorite shots from BB.  So funny to see the faces of the boys.
I love this shot of all the boys lined up for the photographer.  He did a really good job of relaxing them.

Did I mention it was really really early for all of us.  All our other games have been at noon! Jer and Mike both needed a lot of coffee.

I know I am posting a lot of pictures but I have so many I love of Kaden and Matthew and some of the other boys.
This little boy in the middle is Sam. He has show great improvement in the three weeks. I have a few pictures of him that I just love.

This is Marcus.  He is so darn cute out there.  He may be one of the smaller kids on the team but he can really hustle.
Sam had just got a basket and was so happy.  Love those moments!
Nice steal Kaden Bug!
Matthew going in for a basket....

This is him shooting for the basket that he made during the game. "quite an amazing shot"....his words, not mine:-)
Pep talk from the coach...Okay team, remember what I showed you before the game!
This is Collin, the amazing blocker, shooter...a you name it kid.
look at that wing span.
I love this picture. So cute to catch them all looking up.
Good game...Good game...Good game...

Saturday's game

Okay...I am to exhausted and my battery is about to die.  I had to post these pictures before I went to bed though.  I will try and add more comments later.

Doesn't this look like a grown up Huddy(for those who know Huddy)

The hot coach again!

Sharing something good!

Mike's grandma has always made the best Chocolate Pie.  Mike asked me to make it at Thanksgiving..and then at Christmas.  I found this awesome layout that I wanted to use.  It turned out so pretty that I wanted to share it.
Yes, this is a raw egg recipe.  It does not bother me. I know the risks to using raw eggs and what not to do with them.  I also am not at risk for low immune problems. However, if you are afraid for any reason you might want to wait for my next recipe.
FYI: You can save this and print it just like a regular picture.  It is basically a picture file:-)

Morning Frost....take 2

So this morning as I looked out the window...everything was covered again in frost. When I looked closer I could see that this was a totally different frost.  Jenny and I have tried to figure out how to scientifically explain the two types of frost and really it comes down to temps and humidity.  Humidity.....Ra Ra Rochester:-(

I tried to take a few of the same pictures to show you the difference.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this.  I think I could blow this up and frame it.

The trees remind me of antlers covered in velvet.  They just look so soft.

I should mention that I had a shooting partner.  How cute is she in the pink capri sweats, and Mark's boots:-) What a fun morning!!!  I can't wait to see your shots Jen!

Bella and Sierra

My new neighbor (Missy's old house) has two little girls.  Sierra the youngest, just turned one.  Rachel asked me if I would take some pictures for her.  YOU BET! These were taken in her living room.  We made a makeshift studio.  I can't wait until it warms up and I can get some outside shots for her.

This is one of my favorites of Bella.  I just think it shows her personality.

Her tiny little feet.
