End of Kindergarten

This picture is from Matthew's last day of school. This is Matthew with Mrs. Pompeii.

It breaks my heart to think that we are done with having a kindergartner. It was such a great year and we could not have loved Matthew's teacher anymore. His last week of school he got a chance to meet his first grade teacher Mrs. Olson. She seems really nice and Matthew said she is very funny. She reminds me a lot of grandma Cheryl and I know Matthew will like here. Here is the link to her website. Then choose Byron Elementary school on the drop down menu. When the page for the Elementary school comes up choose the staff directory on the right side of the page and find Olson. Judy and click on her link. This will give you a chance to see his school too.

When Matthew starts school next year you will be able to check in and see what his class is doing. If you go to it now you can read about his teacher.

His first day of first grade will be September 2nd. That is 72 days from today.
