We decided to take a little trip before the big storm came in.

We drove over to Winona, a small town on the east edge of Minnesota.  This is where Wenohna Canoe and Kayaks are made.  Grandma and Grandpa had some questions for them.

They had Hibiscus flowers blooming in there. What a site for sore eyes.

Then the snow storm hit. Mike shoveled and Matthew did what all snow loving kids do during a storm.  He snowboarded.

I love this shot so much! One of my favorites ever.  He even has snow in his eyelashes:-)

My camera fogged up when we came in but this shot is so Matthew.  I just love it.

Grandma and Grandpa bought Matthew this awesome pirate puzzle set from an art museum in Winona.

Then we played the wii...  Love hearing everyone laugh as we figure out bowling.
