If you follow my blog and know me at all you can probably tell how busy or stressed I am by how much I post. It seems that of late my posts are getting more and more few and far between. I miss posting. It is my chance to reflect. I also think of the events that I want posted for my own personal record. The stress level at our house has been at a height for a few months now. It seems that we have come to a....fork in the road. Yes, these are the times that I think I am so clever:-)
My amazing husband took on the job of setting up the state of Minnesota almost 5 years ago. He started from scratch and built the entire region into something profitable and smooth running. I always think of him as the invisible employee because he does his job so good that no one even knows he is there. His company was fortunate enough to sell off some of the more profitable areas and you guessed it Minnesota was one of them. Mike is really proud of what he accomplished here and so is his company. They have taken really good care of us over the years and that will continue.
What does it mean right now? Well Mike will be traveling again for a bit as they need his help in Arizona for now. Yes, my adoring husband gets to spend the winter in Arizona...I think this may lead to some major resentment:-) This also means for now that Matthew gets to continue his education at the amazing school that we love.
After the upcoming winter the fork may look as pretty as my picture.
