This is Badger, Mikes best buddy from camp.
Talk about a throw back to childhood. Friends, dogs, shooting things, and no yucky girls! No wonder they all get like little kids when it is AC time of year.
even the dogs were exhausted. Mike said Badger slept like this for over an hour.
Little Bake gets to shoot the 22. Bake asked him to get three Mt. Dew cans and put them out there. Once he starts to shoot they notice that they are spraying yellow stuff all over. Bake forgot to mention that they should be empty! There is a memory for him that he will never forget.
The setup
The cans are empty now dad!
Kelly had a little truck trouble this year. If you look really close in the background of this shot you can see his truck being towed away. Yes, even in the middle of nowhere in Montana you can get a tow truck.
One of my favorite pictures that Mike took this year. Very nice Mike! I hope someday you can take my camera and get some really nice shots.
MONTANA....I bet Mike's heart melts when he sees shots like this.
Have you ever had to jump into icy cold water past your "business" to save a dog? Tim can say he has. Badger fell through the ice and could not get out. Tim stripped down to his underwear and went out to try and free him. They all thought that the water was about knee deep and Badger just could not get a grip to get out.
Tim went out on the ice and jumped to crack it for Badger
Our old camera is too slow to catch what happened next...but Tim broke the ice to find himself waist deep in very very cold water. I am sure that his "business" was a little shocked! On the bright side he is the only guy at AC that got a bath right?
Tiny Bake gets a bunny! Mike said that one of his favorite memories this year is of him giggling so hard that he could not shoot the 22. He was having such a great time.
